does anyone know where to find cheap webhosting and domain names? ( if you can find it for free great haha but i doubt it)

Eh, I advise you to ignore the other people in this question who are advertising their own services. Now I've been doing this web development thing for a few years, and am familiar with the ropes.

http://www.godaddy.com - Cheap domains and cheap hosting. I use godaddy and it's the best of both worlds.

http://www.webhostingtalk.com - Basically the only community-based site where you can hear real people rate hosts. It's a gathering point for all things relating to web hosting basically.
