Where can I obtain a complete list of registered .com domain names?

Where can I find a complete list/database of all registered .com domain names which I can store locally to perform my own analysis on?
I read a recent figure of 33 million .com domains, so even with a wild over-estimate of the average character length of say, 20 characters; a list could fit easily on a CD, so there's no need for any more answers ridiculing the idea thanks.

That's like asking for a complete list of everyone who has ever sent an email. It's virtually impossible to know that. The root servers might be able to create such a list, but even that would not be completely accurate - domains are expiring all the time and new ones are bought all the time.

You want an extensive list? Pick up a dictionary. Just about every single word in the dictionary already has a registered domain owned by someone.
